UFAA Performance Hoodie

This is a fundraiser for the United Fine Arts Academy Booster Club.  A portion of all sales will be donated to the UFAA Booster Club.
The images shown above are computer mock-ups.  Design and shirt color may vary slightly.  The design will be pressed onto the shirt (not embroidered).  
 
This listing is for a Port & Company Performance Hooded Sweatshirt.  These shirts are 100% Polyester.  The outside is a performance/dri-fit material and the inside is very soft. The sizing is unisex.
 
Youth Sizing Information: 
Youth X-Small 4
Youth Small 6-8
Youth Medium 10-12
Youth Large 14-16
Youth X-Large 18-20
 
Please select your shirt color, size, and design number.  If you choose Design 3 please fill in the special field with the title you want on the second line.  Some examples of what can be added are: dancer, mom, dad, sister, grandma, etc.
 
If you would like to add personalization to the back of your shirt you will need to find the "personalization" listing on the main UFAA page.  You can put whatever you want to the back of the shirt for an additional $5.
 
If an item you have ordered is unavailable in the size or color you have chosen I will reach out to you to change your order or issue a refund.
 
UFAA Gear will take 2-3 weeks to process.  Orders purchased by December 1st will be ready before Christmas.
 
UFAA Boosters have agreed to pick up and deliver items to rehearsal.  If you would like your order delivered to rehearsal please select "local pick-up" at checkout.  You can also choose to pay for shipping.
 
Machine wash cold inside-out with like colors.  Hang to dry for longest wear.
