UFAA Embroidery Personalization

You can personalize any embroidered item that you are purchasing with a single name.  The embroidered logo will be on the left chest and name on the right chest of all shirts/jackets.  The name will be below the embroidered logo on the backpack.
 
Choose the name of the font.  Personalization will be the same color(s) as the embroidered design.  Fill in the special field with the name that you want on the item (one name; first, last, or nickname).  Also fill in the special field with the shirt style/size/color for the item you are personalizing.
 
If an item you have ordered is unavailable in the size or color you have chosen I will reach out to you to change your order or issue a refund.
 
UFAA Gear will take 2-3 weeks to process.  Orders purchased by December 1st will be ready before Christmas.
 
UFAA Boosters have agreed to pick up and deliver items to rehearsal.  If you would like your order delivered to rehearsal please select "local pick-up" at checkout.  You can also choose to pay for shipping.
 
Machine wash cold inside-out with like colors.  Hang to dry for longest wear.
